This is my first time ordering from LoveLula and I will definitely be using this online store from now on. The company stocks my favourite brand Ayumi which is more expensive on most of the other online shops. It was packaged really nicely with extra care taken with tape used over the lids to avoid any spills. I'm really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this online store.

After 6 weeks I'm still waiting for my order. I wrote them 3 emails and no reply. I wrote them in Twitter and no reply...I don't know what else to do...

Besuty box not great. Very disappointed. Soap, a moisturiser for oily skin I can't use (I have very dry skin) a very cheap lip balm and roll on perfume. Only subscribed for 3 months. Won't renew.

First time ordering from LoveLula. I only bought a few lip balms but when they arrived one was damaged. Still usable and to give them the benefit of the doubt it could have happened during delivery. Everything else was good with a fast dispatch.

They're pretty good, things tend to come fairly quickly when ordered and they have a good rewards system. I'm subscribed to their subscription box and i've noticed recently that as each month passes the box 'value' is getting lower and lower, like they're trying to slowly do it without people noticing - well, we do :(

Probably won't be resubscribing to it again for this reason, but otherwise generally they're pretty good

I put an order for some beauty supply on November 27.I still didn't get an Email confirmation with regards to the purchase .Emailed them 3 times still nothing.They got their money from my CC.What should I do?

Normally I would give a five star but I was disappointed with the amount of polystyrene wotsits in the packaging. This is not recycling friendly. However I love this website and all it has to offer so I will continue to use it. Great range of products and a fast delivery service.

My favourite online beauty shop ! I have ordered from Lovelula for 5-6 years and have always received the packages within 1-2 weeks (even in corona times). For good quality products (most natural) with a reasonable price (compared to Norway), free delivery and automatic discounts in checkout - I think it’s amazing ! Their customer service is also super ! I highly recommend Lovelula <3

Very nice support, they really answer every question on e-mail quickly.
Once my parcel was lost somewhere in mail system and they send me the same order for free .
This is my favorite online shop ever.
Also the reward system is really nice - lovelula points have no expiration date.
I wish they have more brands,

My experience with that shop is good - all my orders come well-packaged and in time, although i usually choose the non-tracked delivery. The prices are also very good and i like the assortment in shop - there are many brands, which are hard to get and in lovelula you can find it (e.g. bloomtown, alteya and so on).

I love Love Lula, they have a good customer service, fantastic offers and great ethos. The only reason I don't shop with them more than I do is because they still not sell some of my favourite brands like Eminence, Agent Nateur, Josh Rosebrook, Goop, Pikaut, Kora Organics, Herbivore... They really need to take a step ahead with the brands they offer to keep up with the other major sellers!

Hello dears! I love this site very much! Very good choice of organic and natural cosmetics! A good selection of gifts to buy, a lot of promotions and discounts! All parcels are very well and beautifully Packed, everything comes always whole, not spilled. Delivery time is different, in my case it is international delivery....If you have any questions-employees (in my case it is Rhian) always carefully and very quickly answer questions, letters and help to solve the problem carefully! I love this site and will continue to use this service! I recommend to all!

Excellent experience shopping with Lovelula - I had a query regarding my order and it was sorted quickly and efficiently by customer service. Parcel arrived the next day, well packaged, and I’m loving my products. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

I am always pleased with the monthly beauty box. Get so excited when it's due as I know it will have so many new products for me to try. Many of the products are full size all great value for the price of the box.

I had ordered a few products from Lovelula but, when they arrived, 1 of them had leaked. Not a good start. Why a 4 star review, one might ask? Well, the customer service following my complaint was second to none! They replied within a day or two and sent me a replacement order which arrived promptly and in good condition. They also gave me a few free samples! Their products are excellent, especially the brand Balm Balm, which I would recommend to anyone who likes natural products that are simple, of good quality and effective. Lovelula is my go-to for beauty products from now on!
